The check-in process was slow and frustrating, with long wait times causing unnecessary delays. The staff at the hotel were not always friendly or helpful, which added to the overall negative experience.

The staff was very friendly, and the first impression is the best, I dont know his name but he is a bell man, who drives the hotel bus, he loaned me his cellphone, without me asking, all i asked was how do you dial a local # on a the hotel phone, and he kindly assisted me, and i appreciate it, he made me feel as if i was home where the people are so friendly and nice......please thank him for me.......I was the birthday girl, which was may 07th and he sang happy birthday to me.......all together the stay was very relaxin

I asked for a wake up call for 07.00am sunday morning and i did not get that call, i wanted the wake up call to catch my flight back to turks and caicos........i called the front desk about 2am early sunday morning and i spoke to a gentlemen....and he said ok mame it is done......but yet still i never got the call......and i thought it was unprofessional.....its a lucky thing i set my phone alarm for the same time and it went off

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The pool area was clean and well-maintained. I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel close to a shopping area. The hotel offered great value for money, with affordable prices and basic amenities included. The rooms, with 2 double beds, were in good condition and the staff were friendly and attentive. The location was perfect for me, as it was close to a shopping area, making it convenient for me to explore and shop. Additionally, the breakfast included in the rate was a welcome bonus, providing me with a satisfying start to my day.

All was just as I had hoped for and more!

1) Quick responsed for airport pickup 2) easy access to eating places and shopping 3) timely transport to the cruise ship terminal 4) friendly and polite staff.

1) Breakfast should have been included in the room rate.

The cards to open the doors did not work - they keep de activating themselves.

Convenient location near shopping and restaurants, clean pool, ample parking, helpful reception, English-speaking staff.

Everything was spot on.

They made a financial mistake in my check in, and I lost the use of Venezuelan Cadivi s cuopon because of that mistake, so I lost money. The double beds are to small. The room was not clean. There was no water and ice in the room.

Not much other than it provided the 2 beds we required and it was relatively quiet.

Almost no amenities. Pool was on repair. No breakfast. Close to a Highway. Definitely not worth the money. We had a 2 days reservation and we cancelled the second day to find something else.

At check in counter Tony & David were very helpful and they were customer friendly. Check in time was fast and efficent.

They were very helpful in picking us up from the airpot on arrival. Secured our luggages until check in time. Transported us to and from the Walmart store, and then taking us back to the airport for departure. We were very gratefull for this and would like to say a special Thank You again. Ramada Inn is the only Hotel that my freinds and I stay at when were in Miami. Shopping in the area is quite convenient for us. Thanks again and God bless Ramada and its theme of Helpful workers. Loking foward to seeing you all soon in 2012 .We also felt save and secured staying at Ramada Miami North.
